God is a Bad Student

He mixes up the verb tenses,

Makes many spelling mistakes,

Uses the wrong prepositions

And places all adjectives

After the nouns.

He forgets the punctuation,

Ignores the grammar rules,

Says things like “You’re the bestest”

Defying the laws of language.

But in the end, the composition

Makes so much sense to the readers,

When they stop their criticism

And accept the unpredictable!
